These are sessions where all Adventures in Fasting participants can bring their questions, problems etc. I will coach you through these and possibly create some materials afterwards. There will be no set topics - they are different to the Eating Coach group sessions.
In these weekly sessions, I will talk about a topic - examples below. These are interactive, and there will be a workshop feel to them. Although we will not touch on fasting, these will be helpful if you find that overeating and fear of hunger is a big issue for you. Fasting and intermittent fasting is in many ways the advanced version of my Eating Coach work, and to my mind the only approach that allows recovering compulsives to successfully fast, so look at these sessions as extra solid foundations. You can also apply ideas like temptation bundling and dopamine wrangling to make fasting easier.
