The Stop People Pleasing Coaching Programme

Do you feel like your job is to solve everyone else’s problems, but there’s nobody there for you?

Who Is This Programme For?

I have designed this programme for empaths. 

An empath is someone who has a strong tendency to soak up others’ emotions. There are many positive aspects to being an empath such as an ability to read people well and high intuition. However, most empaths are so weighed down by how their emotional sponge nature has taken over their lives that they fall into the habit of people pleasing, finding it hard to say no and stand up for themselves. 

The aim of this transformative 8 weeks is to shift how you are showing up in the world by learning to rein in these disempowering behaviours and start playing to your strengths


About This Programme

This programme has two separate strands.

#1 The Empath Sessions

Managing your empath nature, developing self acceptance and how to start showing up in more powerful ways so that life becomes rewarding instead of draining for you.

8 x 90 minute online sessions via Zoom

(1 hour group coaching plus 30 min Q & A)


#2 Eating Psychology Sessions

Let's put food out of the job it was never meant to do.

This optional part of the programme comprises 4 x 90 minute online sessions via Zoom that give a solid foundation of how to eat better using the principles of eating psychology. You will dive in and try out doable food-rebel proof changes that are not too extreme. These changes have been shown time and again to reduce cravings and binge eating. We look at the HOW of eating, which is a hugely underrated part of reclaiming your life from food. I devote a whole session to sugar and give you some practical ways to free yourself from those little white granules. 


IMPORTANT: If you have worked with me previously, or you do not have eating issues, you can choose to omit part 2.  The programme fees will be reduced by 25% if you opt to just attend the empath sessions

I qualified in 2014 with The Institute for The Psychology of Eating and have been coaching mostly women with binge eating and sugar addiction since then. My  podcast, The Eating Coach, has had over 200,000 downloads.


Earlier this year, I realised that I am an empath. While this is a huge bonus in coaching, I came to realise that my empath nature had been holding me back in my personal life as far back as I can remember. 


Just like you, I have let narcissists and energy vampires take advantage of me. I have sat and patiently listened to well meaning energy drainers ruin my night. I too have felt bad because I had to leave that crowded bar early, unaware that I was unconsciously absorbing an overload of others’ energy. I have felt paralysed by my highly sensitive nature at times.


A few events in lockdown conspired wonderfully to prompt me to start showing up differently. Uninspired by 99% of the self help books for empaths (or should I say no help books???), I took matters into my own hands and started experimenting with creative ways to challenge myself. 


I have ditched energy vampires, and developed non confrontational ways to protect myself from WMEDs (these are the non toxic energy drainers). 


I have created a 20 minute process for turning the volume down on the hurt my sensitive nature causes me, as well as a range of other life strategies.


The result is that I feel liberated in a way I never have done before. It was never my empath nature that was the problem, it was my own mismanagement of it that caused me so much pain. You too can manage your empath nature and free yourself from misery.
