This week we are going to look over the last 3 months and gain some clarity into what has gone well, and what needs working on more, plus what has changed.

#1 What has worked well for you?
#2 What has been a struggle?
#3 Has your body confidence changed?
#4 If so, is shapeshifting less important to you than before? Or does it perhaps mean something different now?
#5 Have you discovered anything new about yourself? What are you better at doing that you had been down on yourself about?
