The Theta Audios
Theta refers to one of the speeds that your brainwaves operate at. You automatically go into theta mode when you are falling asleep and waking up.
During theta mode, it is much easier to access your subconscious. Because you are so relaxed, this state makes an instruction you give your subconscious is more powerful than during the day.
We can mimic this state by listening to binaural beats theta waves.
What Are The Theta Audios?
These are a series of recorded instructions to your subsconscious. Each audio on this page has a background of theta waves (which are very quiet and unobtrusive) to relax your mind as you listen.
You should listen to them and repeat the statements.
The best time to do this is first thing in the morning upon walking, or in bed before going to sleep - although this might not be practical with the audios with gap fill statements, which you may need to write in full and read them out.
Play around with different volumes to see how it affects you.
I recommend choosing one audio only from this page and repeating it over the course of this week. Repeated listens are more effective.
You can try out the other one next week.
Update 19.1.20
After trying these audios myself for a couple of days, I have realised they need optimising. For example, I need to speak more slowly and softly.
There is also another version where the theta background is louder. So I will add that to this page this week and you can let me know if it is better.
