Before Starting This Project...

...it is a really good idea to get clear on where you are in relation to your body confidence.

Journal or record your answers to these questions: 

#1 What are your feelings about your body?

 

#2 What does your lack of body confidence stop you doing (for example: swimming, dating, taking more exercise, changing jobs, going to different social events)?

 

#3 How do you think your life would improve if you could have more body confidence? What would you be able to do? What changes do you imagine would be easier?

 

#4 Note down any other thoughts that occur to you.
