Freedom From Sugar Roadtester Application

A Unique Opportunity

Are you ready to move beyond temporary, short-term fixes and REALLY tackle your sugar issue? 

I am putting the finishing touches to a 14 day online course to not only kickstart freedon from sugar but give people the tools to carry on for the vital 2 - 3 month period that it takes to really get a handle on giving up sugar.

To help me create the best solution for the people I serve, I am looking for 5 roadtesters to try this course out.

What Is Involved

  • You need to commit to 3 weeks (the first week is preparation), during March 2017.


  • There is no obligation to follow every idea in the course, but you must be willing to try at least 2 or 3 ideas from each section: replacements, cravings busters and reframes. There will be some cooking to do - but nothing very complicated and it will take a maximum of 2 hours in the first week. The most expensive ingredient I will ask you to buy is ground almonds (or any ground nuts alternatively).


  • I use fruit to sweeten the replacements, so if fruit is problematic for you, this is not the course for you.


  • You need to be willing to try new ideas and challenge your preconceptions, for example to try out cravings busters at every possible opportunity.


  • Time commitment: I estimate no more than 10 - 15 minutes a day. Content will be mostly videos with some reading.


  • You need to available for a 20 minute Skype or Facetime call during the first week, and another at the end.


If you get any benefit from the course, I will ask you for a testimonial at the end.


Please note that this approach is not for everyone. The purpose of the application process is to see if we are a good fit for each other. I am only looking for people who are serious about tackling their sugar consumption.
