First, watch this video:
Look at the information sheet ‘Non Calorific Fat Burner #3: How You Deal With Stress’ you received in the first group coaching session. (If you have lost it, don’t worry, everything on this page will allow you to do this exercise).
Now make a list of the 3 top causes of stress in your life.
For each one, journal your ideas on the 3 “stress questions”
1. Can I avoid this stressor or change the situation?
2. Is it self-created?
3. If I can’t change or avoid it, how can I change my attitude to it?
