My guess is that you have been people pleasing for years. Realistically you probably won’t change every unhealthy relationship in 30 days. The point is to provide you with a launchpad - the support, accountability, ideas and inspiration to start moving the goalposts in your favour for a change. It will show you what is possible - or rather allows you to.
One of the reasons that I devote a whole module to changing your story is that if you can create a more positive and action-oriented narrative to your life, that is a skill you have for life.
Because I am capping the group numbers at 10, everyone will have the chance to be coached on a specific relationship in their life - should they wish. If you want to go into greater depth than the time constraints of the group session allow, then it is a good idea to opt for the group plus one-to-one option. This gives you an extra 4 one hour individual coaching sessions. These can taken during and/or after the group programme ends.
In the group sessions we split the time between (1) discussing the course content and (2) talking about any issues that are arising for participants. I help them to prepare for boundary shifting conversations or coach them in the best way to show up differently in any particular situation. Everyone will get a chance to be coached individually each session.
In one-to-one sessions, the entire focus and what we talk about is exclusively on your needs. Another difference is that you can spread the individual sessions out beyond the month that the course lasts. You also get written session notes.
