Create your own meal using both stuntman foods (eg quinoa, tofu, salad vegetable, stir fry, soya beans) and superstar dressings, sauces etc (guacamole, sour cream, etc)
Use the highest quality superstar dressings, use sparingly AND EAT SLOWLY.
TOP TIP: I recently discovered a great way to use both these items in the video together. Before using tofu in any meal, slice the block into 1-2cm thick slices, cover each slice in the balsamic vinegar (just brush it on) and bake at about 150 degrees for 45 mins. Virtually no effort, zero mess and it tastes great! Just add to a stir fry or salad etc.
