Think or journal about something you can do pretty easily, but your fifteen-year-old self would be amazed you can do (work is a good example - or driving, or using technology, or challenging things you have experienced). Do you think your 12-weeks-in-the-future self could find intermittent or any other kind of fasting easier than you do now?
