Your New Choices - Part 1
An Inner Shift
After you have agreed the new choices with me in your coaching session, your homework is to start the embedding process into your subconscious.
Bookend your day with the following steps:
This will take a couple of minutes and you must do these at least in the morning, preferably at night as well.
Meditate for however long is right for you.
If this is too challenging, take 3 deep breaths to relax and settle yourself.
Take one of your statements, for example: I eat slowly
Now add "My new choice is"
So you say out loud "My new choice is I eat slowly"
Remember a time when this new choice was at least to some extent true for you.
Imagine yourself either today or at a future event (not too far in the future, for example if you are going to the theatre next month picture yourself there) saying your new choice. Connect with how good this feels.
REPEAT FOR ALL YOUR STATEMENTS
