This list of possible reasons that you eat in overwhelm is like (pardon the pun) a menu – you decide which are any use to you. Discard the rest. Spend a few days observing your own behaviour. You may like to write all the reasons down on a piece of paper, then compare what’s going on for you personally as you go through the day.
