Action Step:

Do an overwhelm audit. In your journal, list all the potential reasons to say “I’m experiencing overwhelm” (If this itself makes you feel overwhelmed, then just pick your top 2 or 3. Working on those will be a big win in itself).

For each one, ask yourself:

1. Is it inevitable that I should feel overwhelmed?

2. Can I reduce that feeling of overwhelm? How?

3. Can I eliminate that feeling? How?
