#1 Name & Email address This covers anyone who subscribes to any of the email only mailing lists, and also customers purchasing an online course via PayPal.
#2 Name, home addresses, phone numbers, Skype ID, email addresses. This covers anyone who applies for one to one coaching.
#3 Sensitive data. This covers both prospective and actual one-to-one clients and may include information on past abuse, sexuality and health issues.
None of this data is shared with anyone.

This data is collected and held within the Shift Inside’s Aweber email marketing account, which is password protected.
Privacy is additionally protected in the following ways:

#2 Every email opt-in form states that the visitor is subscribing to receive further informational emails
#3 Double opt-in – subscribers get sent an email which asks them to confirm that they wish to subscribe.
#4 Ability to unsubscribe easily – a link is included in every Aweber email I send out to subscribers
