Welcome to days 33 to 35 of homeplay for Adventures In Weight Loss

On each of these three days, you are going to find 30 or 60 minutes for pure pleasure. This pleasure must not be food related! Although finding pleasure in food is a very valuable weight loss strategy, for the purposes of this experiment, we are going to look elsewhere. The reason for this is to encourage you to be less reliant on food for comfort.

Here are some ideas for your “pleasure time”
• A long hot bath
• A walk listening to an audiobook
• A lie in
• Your favourite book or magazine
• Your favourite DVD or CD
• Ringing an old friend you haven’t spoken to in a long time
