Read over all the worksheets and your notes from the first group coaching session. Find something that you can do another 3 day experiment around.

Examples: only eat unprocessed food, have healthy fat at breakfast and lunch, have a protein rich breakfast, rationing tv to one hour a day, an hour a day of 100% enjoyable exercise.

Now plan and prepare your experiment as for day 1.
