Days 12 to 14

Many people end up making unhelpful food choices because they don’t plan their meals. So, over these 3 days, you are going to plan all your meals. If possible make breakfast and dinner contain both protein and healthy fat – but if that is too challenging, then choose either breakfast or dinner to contain protein and healthy fat.

How long should you meal plan? You decide – this needs to be challenging enough to move you forward in empowered weight loss, but not too difficult that you give up.

If it is easier, plan ahead – no need to plan, shop and start cooking all on the same day. Go with what works for you.
