Male & Female Energy

First of all, grab a pen and 2 pieces of paper (or better still, use 2 pages in your journal). Now do the following exercise which is a recap of one we did in session #1:

Spend time observing yourself over these 3 days. When are you tapping into your female energy? And when are you accessing your male energy?

As a general rule, women need to tap into their female energy more, especially when it comes to losing weight.

Here are some ways to do this:

1. Putting the scales away as an experiment for a month and using how loose clothes feel and how your body feels in itself to determine if your shape is shifting.

2. Ditching stressful exercise and trying out enjoyable exercise.

3. Getting out into nature.

OPTIONAL : Choose one of these methods and try an experiment. You decide how long it is.
